Here is a list of our current offerings…

shadowmanShadowman Stout:Worldwide legends tell of shadow people that inhabit the dark corners and creepy places. Sometimes you feel their presence before catching them out of the corner of your eye. It’s been proposed that Shadowmen are spirits that do not wish to cross over in the afterlife. Marginalized on the edges of reality; caught in a limbo from which there is no escape, no one seems to know what they want or why they haunt the living. Our Shadowman Stout captures the inky darkness of their namesakes. Awash in roasted coffee, deep notes of chocolate and roasted malts emanate across the tongue. A hint of mint leaves the mouth wanting more, like a ghostly winter snap as cool as a razor blade’s edge. With a flavor reminiscent of a chocolate after dinner mint, the Shadowman Stout pairs well with both rich savory and sweet treats alike. Materializing at 8.5% ABV, please enjoy the Shadowman in moderation. Paranormal Brewing, beer so good, it’s frightening!

One, two, Freddy’s coming for you. Three, four, better lock your door. Five, six, grab your crucifix. Seven, eight, gonna stay up late. Nine, ten, never sleep again… – A Nightmare On Elm Street.

bermuda-triangle-mapBermuda Triangle Barleywine: Conjured up from the depths of the sea comes our tropical barleywine made with regionally sourced ingredients. As mysterious and enigmatic as the vast, turbulent Atlantic Ocean, we’ve used local malts, Carribean pineapple, Key West vanilla and a secret blend of Bermuda spices. This big beer ferments an entire month on our ancient Minorcan strains of yeasts, when it is tamed and matured in oak barrels like ancient grogs of olden times. Our test batches have left us feeling a strange pull towards the Atlantic, and now more than ever, we feel drawn to our ancestral watery home. Packing 7.1 % ABV, this assertive beer is best enjoyed during the winter months with a good quality cigar.

bloody mary beer logoBloody Mary Rye IPA: Bloody Mary is an apparition that is said to reveal the future to the unfortunate. Bloody Mary allegedly appears as a corpse, a witch or a ghost; sometimes covered in blood. The lore surrounding the ritual (if she is summoned properly) states that participants may endure the apparition screaming at them, cursing them, strangling them, stealing their body or soul, or drinking their blood. Inspired by the legend, Bloody Mary Rye IPA is a tantilizing West Coast style IPA with a special blend of three different hops: Chinook, Bramling Cross and Citra. Brewed with virgin red malts and accented with a touch of devilish Rye. Our Bloody Mary Rye IPA will give your tastebuds a welcome bite! Refreshing and only mildly alcoholic, pairs nicely with Asian and BBQ cuisines. IBU: 60, ABV: 5%

The future is a devious thing. – Brian Lumley

Tam Tryie LogoTam Tyrie is our twisted Scotch Wee Heavy ale. The cursed tale of Tam Tyrie tells of a beloved Scottish piper, accompanied by his wife and dog, taking shelter from Moorish whisps at sunset; in a cave on the coast about three miles from Arbroath, Scotland. He was never seen again, but the droning of his bagpipe music and the scrape of his footsteps are still heard along the crags of Arbroath at sundown to this day. Tam Tyrie is a dark, bold, malt centric beer aged on whiskey infused Scottish oak. Surprisingly smooth with a mellow hops balance provided by Bramling Cross from the United Kingdom, Tam Tyrie has been known to inspire deep thoughts and a longing for the sites of home. Best served with chocolates, desserts and fine cheeses or as a winter warmer. IBU: 44, ABV = 8%.

It is better to be good than evil, but one achieves goodness at a terrific cost – Stephen King

Cranpus Holiday AleCranpus is our salute to St. Nicholas’s famous travelling partner, Krampus! Krampus is the christmas devil, and while Santa Claus gives out presents to the good girls and boys, Krampus can’t wait to torture the naughty children with his bundle of switch sticks. Particularly evil children are gathered up in Krampus’s sack and are consumed for the evil one’s christmas dinner. Our Cranpus holiday ale has a subtle blend of Belgian spices and hints of sour smokey cranberry that lingers softly on the tongue. We gather avuncular spices the world over to give Cranpus that special essence of the old world. At 7.7% abv, Cranpus also makes an excellent winter warmer. Enjoy Cranpus with your favorite winter meal.
